Golden Tango Julie is unarguably the most famous Piecey in the Stonewoods. Not only is she the Sovereign of Sexy, she is also the owner of the Ripple Estate and the unspoken leader of theAbandoned District. When she visits from her homeland of Cicia, huge welcome parties are thrown in her honor, and even those outside of the District know and admire her. Julie has dozens of accomplishments to her name. Her surge of Whim awakened the Stoneheart, enabling the creation of the first Skypass. This caused her to the first ever Golden Piecey Award by unanimous decision. She is also famous for her performances and has released many classic hits over the centuries. She is also well-known for her passionate and carefree personality. One of her closest friends describes her as always "doing whatever comes to mind". When tasked with relaunching the iconic Ripple Estate Soiree, she chose to travel abroad to find "the ultimate fragrance worthy of the [event]," leaving her Sovereign Medal and responsibilities to her manager, Jenny. She doesn't care much about how she's perceived by others, and once went to an awards ceremony wearing a dress with a "big rip."
