Bluestone Eaves

Description

Mist hung thick as raindrops fell like silken threads, drifting over bluestone streets and dark-tiled roofs. Early morning found the street hushed. She gently pushed open a vermilion wooden door; the copper ring chimed, startling a few sparrows from the beams above.
