Round and round, she turned through time. The crowd's finery grew disheveled, their words wilder. Banquet after banquet turned cold and empty, rushed and hasty. She knew nothing of what the world outside had become, so she could only ignore all else and dance as always, as if the age of splendor would proceed so long as she never stopped.
