Description

Last night I listened to the rain; this morning, the sky is clear and bright. I long to catch the gentle breeze and buy apricot wine to share, to meet friends and drink together on the magnolia boat. Yet seeking solitude, I smile at my own fondness. Cold tea and pale smoke linger; no one is in sight. From dawn till dusk, the quiet courtyard waits, and only weary birds return, flying alone.
