Failing to step upon the azure clouds, what plans remained in the mortal world? She gathered her sleeves and returned home. Grass and trees yellowed and fell; wind and moon were clear and fine. Hazy past events were not worth counting. If tomorrow brought fair skies, perhaps she would straighten her robes and casually write about her life.
