She wanted to push open the window and paint the colors of the sky, but she could not understand the locks and keys. Left with no choice, she accepted the world's barriers and refusals. A cool raindrop landed unexpectedly on the back of her hand. Beside her sat a worn and tattered umbrella. Quietly, she closed the window again.
