The Cavern of Wishes hosts the Wish Pass Office and is the only means of entry into the Wishing Woods. The cavern is designed to only be passable to Faewish Sprites or similarly sized creatures, so visitors must apply for and obtain a Pass Permit if they wish to receive the Shrinking Outfit needed to continue onward.
