Stoneville/Culture

Stoneville is a heavily agrarian society whose economy is based almost entirely around the cultivation and preparation of Lavenfringes and Floragales. There is a obvious divide in the townsfolk over their reliance on outsiders - while the Raging Rocks and others show a distinctly xenophobic attitude, others believe that trade partnerships with Florawish and the rest of the Heartcraft Kingdom is the best way to move the village forward.

## Government

Stoneville is directly under the authority of the Heartcraft Kingdom, and show a fair degree of respect to the queen.

The Stoneville Council, also referred to as the Provisional Village Council, oversees the basic laws and regulations of the town. The town does not appear to have a judicial branch, and despite being under control of the Heartcraft Kingdom, has no Kingdom Guards patrolling the region.

## Diplomatic Relations

Stoneville shows great animosity to the neighboring regions of Florawish and the Wishing Woods. They have actively barred entrance to those who are associated with the Wishing Woods and Faewish Sprites, such as Timis.

Despite being a major trade partner of Florawish, the two have numerous economic disputes. At one point, the council threatened to review all shipments sent from Florawish, and the two towns have fought over cargo space on outbound and inbound freighters.

## Religion

The people of Stoneville are ardent followers of the Silvergale, whom they believe to be the reincarnation of The Wishing One. As in Florawish, residents express their devotion through wishes; the practice differs greatly in the Stonewoods. Villagers believe that by burning wishes, they will ease their burdens, while still relying on themselves to make these dreams come true. Giovanni explains there is another reason: namely that, "this way, the Faewish Sprites won’t take their wishes."

Stoneville residents also celebrate the Beretsant King Competition, where residents vote for the best Beretsant in the town. The competition is seen as a way to honor and celebrate a symbol of Stoneville.

## Economy and Infrastructure

The main economic power in the town in the iconic Dye Workshop. Floragale Cloth is the town's primary export, though they also focus heavily on agriculture through their production of Lavenfringes and Beretsants.

The Raging Rocks have a workshop of their own, though they have yet to gain the same level of recognition. The Clucky Union also operates significant business in the town, raising Beretsants and selling their feathers as crafting materials for stylists.

## Technology

The Wish Collectors of Stoneville use Floral Gliding outfits to traverse between the Stonetrees. They have also built unique domes which help cultivate and protect the valuable Floragales.
